Description:
This project involved the fit-out of a commercial unit, transforming the space into a modern café environment in the heart of central London. We worked closely with specialist joinery contractors and the building maintenance team to deliver a high-end finish within a constrained and highly restricted site. Careful planning and coordination were essential to maximise the use of the limited space while maintaining design intent and
functionality. The result is a refined, efficient, and visually appealing café space that combines quality craftsmanship with practical commercial use.

Challenges:
The project required working within a live building environment, which introduced a number of logistical and coordination challenges. All works had to be carefully planned and executed in accordance with building
management procedures. This included obtaining necessary permits through building maintenance and coordinating activities alongside incumbent contractors already operating on site. Through structured communication, detailed scheduling, and close collaboration with all parties, we successfully managed site access and workflow, ensuring the project was delivered smoothly and without disruption to the wider building operations.
